Uniform is important for a number of reasons, it gives colleagues a sense of belonging, it shows our customers you are proud to be part of the Tops and Aspire family. We are always so proud to see you wearing your uniform and the brand it represents.
We appreciate that many of you spend time outside, either with the children or assessing the learners. We have always offered Tops and Aspire colleagues polo shirts, fleeces, shirts and blouses. For Spring 2019 we are offering all Aspire and Tops colleagues a soft shell jacket. The jackets are lightweight, showerproof, quick drying and available in pink and grey for Tops colleagues and black for Aspire colleagues.
Your manager will shortly be sent a spreadsheet to compile an order for the jackets, please advise them of the size you would like ordered.
Did you also know you can apply for tax relief on the cost of cleaning or replacing your uniform? A template letter is available for you to use.
You will need to add your details to the letter including how long you have worked for Tops or Aspire and your job title. If you do not have a printer a paper copy of the letter is available from your manager.
