We are delighted to announce that all colleagues will benefit from an extra days holiday as our next improvement.
Since implementing the 52 improvements, 52 weeks initiative, we have ensured that colleagues are given the opportunity to put forward suggestions and ideas which could be considered within the initiative.
We recently asked colleagues via a survey to choose 1 benefit from 4 choices, that they would like to see added as an additional employment benefit.
We had a great response from colleagues and the top choice was to gain an extra day’s holiday increasing everyone’s holiday entitlement by 1 day. The 1 extra days holiday will be implemented as of the 1st January 2020.
We really value all our colleagues and we show this by consulting them on matters that can make working for the company more enjoyable and beneficial.
