The majority of our Tops Day Nurseries offer eco-sustainable childcare for 52 weeks per year, including bank holidays. Aspire Training Team is also open during bank holidays to support learners within their placements. In order to provide this service, this does, of course, mean that our colleagues will need to cover staffing over bank holidays.
To thank colleagues for working bank holidays, each colleague who works on a bank holiday will be rewarded 3 points as of August 2019.
The points system was implemented earlier this year when colleagues receive a job well done or ABCD award, meaning that when a certain number of points is reached, colleagues would turn them into vouchers. Now they will be able to benefit from an additional 3 points for working bank holidays.
More ways will be relayed to colleagues in due course of how they can earn extra points to turn into rewards!
