We are very excited to be introducing a new system when it comes to ABCD and JWD awards!
Over the years, we have invested in a number of prizes for the awards including pens, chocolates, torches, key rings… so we thought what better way to reward colleagues with something of your choice!
From January 2019 we will be replacing the gifts with points. A Job Well Done (JWD) will be worth 1 point and a Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD) will be worth 2 points. When you have a total of 5 points you will receive a £5 Amazon voucher.
All JWD and ABCD certificates you are awarded from your nursery manager, area manager/director and/or parents will be recorded on our nursery management system. If you are a room manager and would like to nominate one of your team please discuss this with your nursery manager to arrange the nomination.
Once a month we will check the report and arrange for the voucher to be sent to you. Spend as you go or save them up, the choice is yours!
