Hadland Care Group are delighted to announce some fantastic news in the family!
Since January this year, there has been 10 beautiful newborn babies across the group of companies!
When a baby is born and joins the Hadland Care Group family, a little surprise gift is sent on behalf of the company to the Mums & Dads to welcome their bundle of joy; a blue or pink baby comforter and a small pot of flowers for mum!
If you’re thinking of bringing your newborn to one of our Tops Day Nurseries after your Maternity or Adoption Leave…well, we have some fantastic options for you:
- As a member of staff with us, you will be entitled to two weeks of free childcare on your newborn childcare fees at your chosen Tops Day Nursery setting
- Following your maternity/adoption leave, you will also receive a childcare discount of up to 40%
- A referral scheme whereby recommending a friend to book childcare with us, you will receive a claim of up to £25 that can be used towards any childcare fees
There is even a way of making payment for childcare easier, by providing a salary sacrifice scheme which allows colleagues to deduct part or all of their childcare costs from their wages on a monthly basis!
