Catherine is the Parent Liaison Administrator for Tops Day Nurseries, working towards her level 3 in Business Admin.
As Parent Liaison Administrator I am the first point of contact for prospective parents who wish to make enquiries about childcare and book visits to view our Tops Day Nurseries. Either by email or telephone, I answer questions regarding room availability, queries they may have about the childcare services we offer and book in viewings on behalf of a number of the settings. I am responsible for recording up to date parent and marketing information at every step of the enquiry process. I also provide monthly feedback to the Nurseries on how they’re performing on their enquiry process responsibilities.
