Today was the official announcement of the top 100 employers and Tops was ranked 12th in the UK!
We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Tops Day Nurseries has achieved a remarkable milestone by being listed as the 12th out of 100 top Apprenticeship Employers, as listed by the Department of Education. We are delighted to be recognised as the leading early years & childcare employer in the UK, as the highest-ranked provider that made it to the list. We missed out on the top spot to the likes of the British Army and the Royal Navy but achieved a higher position than the likes of Busy Bees Nurseries, Kids Planet Day Nurseries, N Family Club, Amazon, Specsavers, Tesco, Mcdonalds and John Lewis Partnership, which is amazing and you all should be super proud!
This recognition is a testament to our unwavering dedication to nurturing and empowering the next generation of talent through apprenticeships. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and the impact it has on both our organisation and the apprentices we support.
