Tops Christchurch – Mel Rogers
Mel has won this year’s ABCD award for Tops Christchurch for demonstrating a strong and confident leadership style, always ensuring the job gets done. She is extremely hard working, and is always more than happy to lend a hand. She always makes sure ask everyone how they are, which shows just how much she really cares.
Tops Salisbury- Emily Rowe
Emily has won Salisbury’s ABCD award for 2024 for taking on the role of Deputy Manager and running the Preschool School room, she has developed so much within her role, putting forward her own ideas, and dealing with any situation that has been thrown at her. Alongside all this, she has continued in her other role of SENCO.
Tops Gillingham – Lauren Fitzpatrick
Along with the pressures of her own job Lauren is always there to lend a helping hand to all the rooms. Whether she is receiving children through the door, dropping them off to their respective rooms, and collecting them when it’s time to go home, she does it all with a smile, along with any other jobs we ask of her. We would all be lost without Lauren and the assistance that she gives us.
Topsie Gillingham – Nadine Sheppard
Nadine is this year’s ABCD winner for Topsie Gillingham for your hard work and dedication to becoming the new deputy manager at the end of the school year.
Tops Lymington – Charlie Smith
Charlie has been described as one of the most wonderful caring humans. Charlie goes above and beyond for the children in her room and always puts others before herself. She always makes sure they are well cared for and receive everything they need to thrive whilst they are in her care. She goes out of her way to forge positive relationships with her colleagues, staff and parents. She deserves all the good things this world has to offer and then some! She is always happy and kind and ready to help anyone, even on difficult days she still makes sure that others are ok and it’s honestly just so loverly to be able to work with her
Tops Parkstone – Shannon Mead
Shannon has been nominated as the winner for the ABCD Award at Tops Parkstone for taking on her new role amazingly. She has taken it in her stride and done everything right by the team. Shannon has offered so much support not just on a work level but a personal level as well.
Topsie Yeovil – Claire Dodge
Claire is this year’s ABCD winner for Topsie Yeovil for going above and beyond each and every day. She is always willing to help out when she can. Thank you Claire for all you do
Tops Yeovil – Scarlett Clace
Scarlet has won this year’s ABCD award for Tops Yeovil for going above and beyond, working in baby room and creating a safe and educational environment for the babies to learn and grow and for the brilliant and lovely activities you set up every day.
Inspirational Manager of the Region – Mags Pritchett
Mags has been described as being full of wisdom and having plenty of advice to share with her fellow managers. She is always at the end of the phone to offer support when needed and no job is too big for her!
