Tops Bearwood – Alishai-Lee Wilson
Alishia has won this year’s ABCD award for Tops Bearwood for being helpful and ready to teach other new colleagues and she is very knowledgeable. She is hands -on and approachable. Alishia sets up wonderful and engaging activities to best support the interests and needs of each child. Alishia is fully committed and takes each interest seriously and accounts for every child in her care.
Tops Bournemouth – Becky Johns
Becky is the 2024 ABCD winner for Tops Bournemouth for always going above and beyond and having the children at the forefront of all your decisions and choices, they absolutely adore you. You have a good rapport with parents and will go out of your way to ensure their requests are met where possible.
Tops Corfe Mullen – Sian Pistell
Sian has been described as being a massive support through some hard times and for being a positive role model for others around her. She has always been a excellent person to work with, she values every one who works with her and she will always be there to give a helping hand when needed.
Tops Muscliff – Joanne Brooke
Joanne has won this year’s ABCD award for being such an amazing person, always showing initiative and willing to help support those around her. She steps out of her comfort zone and is such a lovely person to know and have within our team.
Tops Poole – Skye Spackman
Skye is the winner for Tops Poole for going above and beyond, you have so much knowledge and you are loved by all parents and have amazing bonds with them. Skye has been described as being humble, respectful, helpful and hands on.
Tops Pokesdown – Molinter Ogolla
The winner for Tops Pokesdown is Molinter – she is passionate about what she does, her actives are attractive and very educational, she takes her time to do what she wants to achieve, she interacts with learners interestingly, it’s never boring when you are a child and you are under her care.
Tops Wareham – Carina Biles
Carina has won this year’s ABCD award for being organised, creative, caring and energetic. She has confidence within her role by leading staff, ensuring jobs are completed, and keeping up with events. She is always thinking ahead with new ideas and is creative within the room. Carina is professional at all times and is a great role model to others.
Tops Wimborne – Natalie Shearing
The winner for Tops Wimborne is Natalie – she works hard, puts her heart and soul into making sure the children are safe clean secure and having lots of fun learning. She is willing to support on the weekends and brings in donated resources. She clearly loves her job and is very knowledgeable.
Inspirational Manager of the Region – Steph Ridealgh
Steph has been described as a real team player, always sending out staff to other nurseries to support. She is incredibly positive and happy to help wherever she can!
