Charlotte is the HR Director for Hadland Care Group and holds a CIPD L7 in HRM.
Charlotte is responsible for managing and overseeing the HR team with their individual roles to enable them to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. The HR team oversee the employee life cycle with the company from recruiting, employment compliance, inductions, job descriptions, performance, appraisals, employee engagement, and training and development support of HR across the company, employment law, employee engagement/communication, HR policies and HR statistics through to the leaving process.
