In order to lead an inclusive environment across the company, we have created some diversity groups that represent; Mental Health, Building Inclusive Environments, LGBTQ+ and Men in The Early Years. These groups mean we can actively promote and support cultural diversity and inclusion in the workplace environment, and we can even influence change in wider society.
