Diane joined Tops Day Nurseries as Tops Portsmouth Manager, and was promoted to Area Manager in 2012.
Diane supports South East Managers and settings, including Tops Lakeside, Tops Havant, Tops Portsmouth, Tops Salisbury, Tops Newport and Tops Winchester.
During her time with Tops, Diane has introduced the no-added sugar menus, eyLog and eyMan and has won multiple awards such as Nursery Management Today’s ‘Most Inspirational person’.
Diane holds a Btec national diploma in child care and Early Years Professional status (LV6) EYP.
