What can you do to get involved?
Tops & Aspire treat colleagues as if they are family… because they are! We are involved in lots of projects, fundraise for charities close to our hearts and help to make a difference to those in need of a little bit extra support.
There are lots of different ways you can get involved at Tops & Aspire:
Donate to our Colleague Trust
The Tops & Aspire Colleague Trust has been created in order for colleagues to support each other through time of financial or emotional hardship. Some examples of difficulties we could help with include; financial hardship, life-changing circumstances, life threatening health issues, equipment for a disabled child or partner, emergency costs such as housing or injury, food parcels and much more…

Join us in fundraising
You can join us in fundraising for local causes and charities.
We have also launched our own charity called GECCO which aims to protect our world for our children. You can help us raise funds for GECCO by signing up to Give as you Live which enables people to shop from a wide number of retailers including Tesco, ASOS, Next, eBay, boohoo and when you make a purchase a donation will be made to GECCO.
Sustainability
Tops & Aspire have been taking steps to become a sustainable company. You can help us be more sustainable by riding your bike to work, reducing the amount of plastic you use, recycling and up-cycling resources, reduce printing and much more…
Discussion groups
We have launched a number of discussion groups that aim to offer support, actively research and create new initiatives to create a more equal and inclusive environment in and out of the workplace.
The discussion groups we offer include; LGBTQ+ Group, BIE Group, MITEY Group and Mental Health Support.
