Hadland Care Group has gone through some big changes in their HR & Recruitment teams over the past few months. With several new members coming into the fold making it an exciting time for the company.
Changes to the HR Team
Zoe Short – Training Coordinator
Zoe Short has taken up a new role within the HR department and is now our Training Coordinator. She will now oversee all the internal training for the staff at Tops Day Nurseries and Reside Care Homes.
Meet Javen Ramsami –HR Administrator (Compliance Stage 2)
Javen Ramsami joined the HR team as HR Administrator, administering the 2nd stage of the employment compliance process, working parallel to Jay Adams who administers the 1st stage of the compliance process. Javen has previously worked for the company as a Business Admin Apprentice at our Royal Bournemouth Hospital Tops Day Nursery, so are delighted he has returned to the company!
Anoushka Dawson – HR Advisor
The company’s Recruitment Manager, Anoushka Dawson, has now taken up the role of HR Advisor for the company. She will now be taking the lead on all Employee Relations issues across the group, working closely with the HR Director on various people management processes across the company.
Changes to the Recruitment Team
With Anoushka moving into a new position, 2 new team members have been added to take over the responsibility of recruiting for the company, with Rob Morgan moving into a new position.
Meet Ursula – Our new Recruitment Coordinator
Ursula Green comes to us from a recruiting background, having already completed several HR and Recruitment contracts for organisations such as BHCA and Bournemouth University. As Recruitment Coordinator, she is responsible for recruiting all permanent recruitment within the company.
Meet Clark – Our new Apprenticeship Coordinator
Clark Davies also comes from a recruitment background, having worked with Hays Recruitment as Associate Consultant within the Construction division. As Apprenticeship Coordinator, he will be overseeing the recruitment of Apprentices across Hadland Care Group, whilst also recruiting apprentices for a portfolio of external clients across the South-West.
Rob Morgan – Recruitment Assistant
Rob has previously been the Apprenticeship Coordinator for the company. Overseeing all apprenticeship recruitment for the group, he has now transferred into a Recruitment Assistant position where he will be supporting both Clark and Ursula within their roles.
