Job description:

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join Little Diggers Montessori as a Level 2 Childcare Apprentice.

Little Diggers Montessori deliver the EYFS through a child led, expert adult extended approach, which draws inspiration from the Montessori philosophy, they are truly passionate about the benefits of outdoor learning and nature connection, the very best of early childhood care, experience and education. 

We are based at Sidlesham Primary School and Itchenor Memorial Hall, who share very much of our ethos, and we work and learn as part of the community with the school, the village, our parents and our local areas.
We are a vibrant community of children and adults united by Montessori philosophy and a passion for the natural environment.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;

• Assist early year practitioners with support and development
• Observe and support play and outdoors activities
• Support with nappy changing
• Food preparation
• Light household duties

Requirements;

• A good level of spoken and written English
• You must be able to obtain a clear DBS

Hours;

• Little Diggers Montessori is open 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.
• The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week with varied shift patterns and hours to be discussed.
