Kelly is the Aspire Operations Director and holds a level 7 in leadership and management.
Responsible for managing and overseeing the running of the operations of Aspire Training team with their individual roles, based between two sites works 2 days at Boscombe Head Office & 2 days at Poole Aspire Head Office, support the team with funding, employer engagement, qualifications, and any other training queries, works closely with all departments within Head Office.
