Lana is the Financial Controller for Hadland Care Group.
Lana leads the Management Accounts team and is also responsible for:
Preparation of statutory accounts
Creation of annual budgets
Bank covenant reviews
Provides the business with accurate financial information and further data analysis
Assists in the preparation of reports and business plans for external parties
Finance business partner for Aspire Training Team
Liaises with operations teams over funding rates and general extras charges, and ensures correct and timely application
Provides support and advice on EyMan and budgets.
Lana currently oversees the funding reconciliation process, monitoring setting claims forms and hours allocated on Eyman, and reconciling the Grants control account, to ensure payments are received from local authorities.
