Bournemouth based Hadland Care Group are delighted to announce the launch of their new website. The company, which owns Tops Day Nurseries, Aspire Training Team and Reside Care Homes, has spent recent months transforming their existing website to a brand new site with the main focus on recruitment.
“Prior to the launch of the new Hadland Care Group website, we were only able to advertise our vacancies on our Tops Day Nurseries website, which wasn’t really appropriate when considering the range of vacancies we have to offer here” explains HR Director, Charlotte Percival. “By having a central website we can now advertise all vacancies whether these are in the nurseries, care homes or Head Office, and can also include our apprenticeship opportunities.”
The group already employs almost 600 people across the South, with further expansion on the horizon. “We have grown from having one nursery in Parkstone 26 years ago to having 17 nurseries across three counties, our own apprenticeship and training provider, as well as two care homes,” continues Charlotte. “As the company continues to grow there are not only job opportunities on each location but also at Head Office recruiting support staff. We specialise in providing care to the local community, whether that’s through the nurseries, in our care homes, or the young people we train as apprentices.
