Maria is the Administration Director at Hadland Care Group and holds a level 7 NVQ Diploma in Management.
Maria is responsible for managing and overseeing the administration and communication departments. The team supports the nurseries with all communication to parents, HR with staff communication, all parent questionnaires and evaluations, all parents policies, parent newsletters, holiday club plans, menus and events. Maria also deals with all correspondence to and from Ofsted and all Tops staff specific policies.
