My name is Laura and I am delighted to introduce myself to you as the Recruitment coordinator for Hadland Care Group.
I joined the company earlier this year and manage the entire recruitment process from posting job vacancies and pre-screening applicants to giving interview preparation advice and arranging interviews.
Since joining the Hadland Care Group family I have placed over 350 successful candidates across 23 settings and have organised over 750 interviews. The recruitment team has recently expanded to include recruitment apprentice Jasmine and additional support from HR Administrator Josie.
My job is to help candidates find their dream career in a company who pride themselves on employee care and career development, offering discounts and welfare schemes. Here at Hadland Care Group, employee care is very close to our heart and we treat our staff as though they are family….because they are!
