Required:
Level 2 Business Admin Diploma
or
Level 2 Customer Service Diploma
GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT
Functional Skills Level 1 & 2 can be offered to those who do not hold these qualifications

Apprenticeship Co-ordinator
As an apprenticeship coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting and placing apprentices across the south coast. You will process all job vacancies, advertises all vacancies onto the relevant career pages, relevant online job boards, and internal notice boards, support with booking interviews as well as, conducting telephone & face to face screening for the vacancy and attend careers events.

As a sales & recruitment manager, you will be responsible for organising and working with our trainers to arrange our various short courses throughout the year and manage all of the bookings for our courses. You will also be responsible for Aspire’s social media posts, website content development and coordinating any Aspire enquiries.
