Aspire Tutor
As an Aspire Tutor, you will provide individualised support to learners through one-on-one sessions, as well as deliver training in both personalised and group settings. You will create and implement customised action and training plans to address each learner’s specific needs and goals.
Additionally, you will design and deliver innovative learning programs that are engaging and effective. Your role includes ensuring that assessments align seamlessly with everyday work processes, making the learning experience both relevant and practical. Your focus will be on fostering learner growth and development through well-structured, hands-on training that enhances their skills and supports their career progression.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector) or a Level 3 Award in Education & Training.
• DTLLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Life Long Learning Sector).
• Degree Qualified or at least level 5 NVQ qualified (including Masters degrees).
What We Expect:
Aspire Assessor
As an Assessor with at least an A1 Award, you will have substantial experience in delivering training frameworks across Business Administration, Childcare, and Health & Social Care.
You will be responsible for maintaining precise records of student progress and effectively managing and organising the structure of courses, including coordinating workshops. Your role ensures that each training program is delivered smoothly, supporting learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• A1/D32/D33 Assessor Award or equivalent.
• Level 3 Childcare, Business Admin, Health & Social.
• PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector).
• CTLLS (Certificate to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector).

Aspire Managers
We have various management positions within the company, such as:
-Foundation Learning Manager: Responsible for overseeing all foundation courses and pathways to work schemes;
-Functional Skills Manager: Responsible for overseeing all functional skills courses and exams for Aspire learners;
-Training Manager: Creates and manages training schemes for all courses and devises lesson plans for courses, as well as observes and trains other tutors.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• 3+ Years assessing experience in the course you will teach/oversee the delivery of.
• NVQ (or equivalent) level 3+ in the courses you will delivering/managing/overseeing.
• DTLLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Life Long Learning Sector).
• PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector).

Senior Managers
Within this position, you will be responsible for line managing assessors within your geographical location, communicating frequently with the Training Director.
You will also support your assessors in delivering high quality training to our learners, whilst inspiring, coaching and teaching your assessors to be the best they can be.
Another aim of this role will be to increase learner numbers and employee numbers throughout the organisation in your geographical areas.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• Key Skills at Level 3+
• Level 5 NVQ in Learning & Development.
• NVQ Level 4 in Learning & Development (or equivalent).
• A1 award (or equivalent).
• A minimum of three years post qualifying experience as an NVQ Assessor.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Knowledge of Skills Funding and Audit/Ofsted inspections.

Training Director
You will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operations of the Aspire Training Team. Your key priority will be to ensure that all Aspire Training Team employees are managed effectively to provide and deliver top-quality learning opportunities for people working in the Care and Business sector.
Key duties of yours will be to audit all training staff, support and monitor training team managers whilst monitoring training income on a monthly basis, and ensuring all staff hours and expenses are monitored.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• Key Skills Level 3 and above.
• Driving licence, own transport.
• Level 5/7 in Management;
• Level 4 in Learning & Development (or equivalent);
• A1 and V1 Awards (or equivalents);
• Minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience as an assessor;
• Knowledge & understanding of Skills Funding requirements, External Audit inspections, EV visits and Framework for Excellence.
