Apprenticeships Coordinator
As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you’ll oversee all aspects of recruiting and placing apprentices across the south coast. Your role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from processing job vacancies and crafting compelling advertisements to posting on relevant career pages, online job boards, and internal notice boards.
You will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling interviews, as well as conducting both telephone and face-to-face screenings to ensure candidates meet the required criteria. Additionally, you’ll represent the company at career fairs and industry events, building relationships with potential apprentices and employers.

Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will actively engage with employers by visiting their workplaces to understand their specific training needs and requirements. Your main task is to understand the challenges employers face and identify the courses that will best address their needs. You will then select and recommend our courses that align with these needs, ensuring a personalised solution that provides the greatest benefit to both the employer and their employees.
Additionally, you will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with employers to gather detailed insights into their training interests. This includes identifying opportunities for funded training programs that may be of interest to them or their staff. By understanding their training requirements, you will help them access relevant programs and resources that support their professional development and enhance their organisational capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
• Excellent customer service, hold or working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Diploma
• Full clean drivers licence and transport.

The Aspire Business Development Manager oversees and manages the entire sales and recruitment processes for the Aspire team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
In addition, you will lead, mentor, and support the sales and recruitment teams to help them achieve their targets. You’ll also collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales efforts align with company goals and that the recruitment process attracts top talent to support the business’s growth and success.
