Business Skills Apprenticeship
As a business administration apprentice, you will work towards your Level 2 in Customer Service. Roles will include supporting the administration team with day to day activities including involvement in parent communications and general office duties.

GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT

What We Expect:

Administrator
You will help to provide strong, efficient administration support to managers and settings covering all aspects of the business. Roles will include assisting with the promotion of the nurseries and the business and ensuring all relevant documentation and records are uploaded to the relevant internal company system and external systems where relevant.
You will have knowledge of 2-4 year olds and 3rd party funding claims.

This role will require you to offer supervision to other members of the admin team and to cover in the Area Administrators absence.

You will help to provide strong, efficient administration support to managers and settings covering all aspects of the business. Roles will include assisting with the promotion of the nurseries and the business and ensuring all relevant documentation and records are uploaded to the relevant internal company system and external systems where relevant.
You will have a knowledge of 2,3,4 year old and 3rd party funding claims.
You will support with training new administrators from other Tops settings and have involvement in the Tops Admin training days held at our Head Office.
