Sarah is a HR Administrator for Hadland Care Group and holds a Level 2 in Business and Finance.

Within Sarah’s role she undertakes the following:
Responsible for the on-boarding process for all new colleagues across the business including volunteers.
Responsible for initial job offers letters via email and ensuring all compliance requirements are met prior to their start date.
Responsible for the administration of Level 1 Learners ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Updates EYM/Careblox and sends out placement confirmation letters. Creates personnel files on the s drive.
Informs Managers if DBS’ are returned unclear.
Sets up all new HCG email accounts.
Requests and chases references.
Sends notification emails to Aspire to add colleagues to the Introduction to Childcare course
Sends out job offer confirmations emails together with relevant company documentation and contracts of employment
Posts Welcome messages on the HCG Facebook page
Invites new colleagues to join the HCG Facebook page as well as the Tops good practice page
Submits new starter notifications with specific requirements to IT
Requests uniform from the admin team
Emails induction packs, mentor sheets and review dates to the relevant Manager
Adds 4,8,12 review dates to EYM/Careblox/reminder tracker
Ensures that all new starter documents have been received and uploaded to EYM/Careblox and the S drive, these documents include the starter checklist, P45, signed SOP and CIF, chasing outstanding documents
Processes any health surveys that have been returned, informing the Manager of any meetings that are required
Processes non-starters, removing their records from EYM/Careblox and S drive and chasing any unpaid DBS payments
Where necessary updates and create forms, documents and HR procedures. Assist with any EYM sickness and holiday queries
