Tops Copnor – Emily Worster
Emily has won the ABCD award this year for always going above and beyond to engage and encourage children to develop their learning and trying new ways to engage them. Emily goes above and beyond supporting her key children, especially those with SEN needs. Emily has been doing her own additional research to support them to the best of her ability and has produced fantastic IEP observations.
Tops Fawley – Laura Cotton
Laura has won the 2024 ABCD Award for always going above and beyond at Tops Fawley. Laura is always helping everyone out and making sure not only the children’s needs are met, but also the staff within the two rooms. Laura helps guide so many people into becoming the best practitioners and she is an inspiration and a role model to all.
Tops Havant – Caroline Armstrong
Caroline has won the ABCD award for Tops Havant for always being happy to support and help in the rooms when needed. She checks in with all staff to make sure that they are ok and lends an empathetic ear when needed. Caroline works hard to ensure that the funding and debtors are actioned on time contributing to the financial growth of Tops Havant. Caroline is truly a one in a million.
Tops Lakeside – Alison King
Alison has won this year’s ABCD awards for Tops Lakeside for being an amazing person. She is so kind, caring and polite to everyone. She sets up lovely activities, is a very respectful person and is doing an amazing job in pre school!
Tops Newport – April Warner
April has won the 2024 ABCD Award for always being welcoming, warm and kind. She does everything with 110% and is always there for the children and other staff. She manages her time and her kindness is an admirable way. A good friend, colleague and practitioner. She is an amazing role model.
Tops Portsmouth – Jack Campbell
This year, Jack has won the ABCD award for Tops Portsmouth for being so good with all the children especially is 1.1 and will do anything for anyone. Nothing is ever a problem, he deserves this award so much!
Tops Southsea – Hayley Kilday
Hayley has won this year’s ABCD award for being a wonderful practitioner who works so hard no matter what she is experiencing inside or outside of work. She totally deserves this award for everything that she does. Hayley is amazing at communicating with her team, whilst always offering to help and bring amazing humour and positivity.
Tops Winchester – Charlie Rudgley
Charlie has won the 2024 ABCD for Tops Winchester for going above and beyond in her role, and has stepped up amazingly when needed, always there to listen to people and help them whenever needed, she is also amazing with all of the children and they all clearly love her, she is a joy to work with.
Inspirational Manager of the Region – Katie Humphreys
Katie has been nominated by her region’s managers for her outstanding hard work and dedication she puts into her role, acting in the best interest of each nursery. Katie is great at communication with other managers and nurseries and aims to help and support always.
