Tops Babbacombe – Katie Square
Katie has won the ABCD award this year for being an exceptional colleague who is extremely hard working, is a wonderful team player always kind and caring of others. She shows passion and determination each and every day.
Tops Bretonside – Leah Pinney
Leah has won the 2024 ABCD Award for always having the best attitude and always rising above and sending out positive energy and being a gentle amazing member of our team
Tops Devonport – Jessica Worth
Jessica has settled in well to the setting and continue to grow in confidence. All the children in our room love Jessica and are always really happy to see her. Jessica is very hard working and is always willing to go above and beyond what is asked of her to help the day run smoothly and to support the rest of the staff with in the room.
Tops Mini Mariners – Kia Edge
Kia has won this year’s ABCD award for always doing such an amazing job in preschool! You always go above and beyond caring for the children and being so patient and caring. You always help out other staff and you work great in a team.
Tops Musgrove – Emily Hitchcock
Emily is this year’s ABCD winner for Tops Musgrove for being an excellent deputy manager and room lead! Always supportive to the rest of the team and brilliant with the children.
Tops Prince Rock – Jamie Stewart
Jamie has won the ABCD award for Tops Prince Rock for always going above and beyond for our SEN children. Jamie ensures that the child and their parents are supported all throughout their time with us. The dedication she shows is outstanding and she is an integral part of our team.
Tops Stonehouse – Emily Moore
Emily has won the 2024 ABCD award for always being happy and smiling. She has stepped up to help run the Explorers 2 room while they do not have a room manager. She helps everyone to come up with new ideas for activities to do with the children and has great bonds with all of the children babies and many of the others in other rooms too! We would be lost without Emily!
Inspirational Manager of the Region – Donna Mooney
Donna has been commended for showing such dedication supporting the team to achieve and keeping them upbeat through such a tricky time. This manager has put the children, team and nursery fully before herself even when facing such physical difficulty herself. No matter her own challenges she has not let on and remains the heart and soul of her team.
