Hub ABCD – Kat Nurse
Kat has won the 2024 ABCD award for the Hub for going above and beyond her role to support the settings and her colleagues. She is proactive, thoughtful and delivers her work with the utmost care and proficiency. She is always happy to help and give advice and is a pleasure to work with.
Maintenance ABCD – Anthony Levy
Tony is always happy to go above and beyond. He has come in at weekends when asked and is happy to turn his hand to any new task asked of him. Tony’s capabilities have increased dramatically since his start date and I believe he will continue to progress exponentially.
Catering ABCD – Manuel Lemes
Manuel has transformed the QA kitchen hub and produces such amazing food. He works tirelessly to ensure all the children are catered for and gives his all every day.
Aspire ABCD – Megan Henderson
Megan has won the Aspire ABCD award for her dedication – she has really shone this year and has been a massive support to others as well as her own learners. Megan has been described as amazing and being such a joy to work with. It has been a pleasure to see her confidence grow since she joined us and to see her believing in herself and her abilities. She is a great role model within Aspire and is always happy to help others.
