On the 24th June 2022, NDNA hosted their Awards ceremony at Chesford Grange, Warwickshire, where the 2022 national winners were announced. Here, at Tops we couldn’t be prouder as one of our wonderful nurseries, Tops Prince Rock, based in Plymouth, were officially awarded with the NDNA Nursery Training and Development Award 2022.
This award celebrates our investment in the development and motivation of all our staff across the whole of the Tops Day Nurseries family. Our team at Tops are provided with world class training to ensure the very best Education and Care is available for your child, and this award supports exactly that, so we couldn’t be happier.
Sophie Anderson, Nursery Manager at Tops Prince Rock said, “To have won the Nursery Training and Development Award is incredible. I feel so lucky that I am a part of a company who encourages and promotes training and development so much, it not only has helped me to develop in my career, from Room manager to Manager, but it has also supported my team at Prince Rock. It is a great opportunity to extend and elaborate our knowledge to better ourselves and our practice, knowledge and understanding for the children and their families, thank everyone who contributed towards our award”.
Amy Alderson, Director of Early Years Audit and Training said, “I am incredibly proud of this award as it represents the hard work and dedication from both the Tops training team and those colleagues that engage with our outstanding training programmes.
