Over the past few months, Hadland Care Group have welcomed a number of familiar faces back to work.
Tops Bournemouth have had two staff members return after leaving to work at another nursery. A few months after leaving Hannah and Jess re-applied for positions at Tops Bournemouth and were successful with their applications.
Jenna Corani left Tops Parkstone before returning in January this year as a Room Manager. Jenna said “I returned to tops after I had left for 9 months. I left to go and get some experience within a different environment and to see how other companies work. Upon returning to Tops, I came back as a room manager whereas before I was a level three practitioner. During my time back I have progressed from room manager to deputy manager”
Tops Poole have welcomed Amy Drudge, who left the nursery shortly after completing her apprenticeship. Amy returned to Tops Poole to a higher position, and is now the pre-school room manager.
Ashleigh Cheshire at Tops Boscombe left last November when her apprenticeship had finished because there were no positions available at that time. When the nursery was looking for a level 2 practitioner in March this year, Vicki, nursery manager asked Ashleigh if she would like to apply and come back, which she did, and she is now completing her Level 3 in childcare.
Ellie at Tops Gillingham re-joined the team after hearing about the positive changes within the nursery as well as the new management team.
Anna, who used to be based at Tops Boscombe, returned a few years later to work at Tops Wimborne. Whilst away from Tops she worked at Age UK but found that she missed working in child care. She took on maternity cover as a room manager and now works as casual staff alongside her job at Age UK.
At Head Office, there have been three returners, Micah Faure, Vicky Hadland and Sarah Harley.
Micah left the company to study law, before re-joining the company as Legal Director, holding a Bachelor of Law Honours.
Vicky initially joined the company as Recruitment Coordinator in 2013 before working her way up to HR Manager and after a short break from the company Vicky returned as HR Business Partner, supporting HR Director Charlotte Percival.
