In April 2024, Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team underwent a significant transformation, transitioning into an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT). This monumental shift embodies our collective vision and marks a pivotal milestone in our shared journey at Tops & Aspire.

As the CEO of Tops & Aspire, Sam King plays a vital role in steering the company towards its overall objectives. Sam’s responsibilities encompass overseeing the overall direction of the organisation, developing and implementing strategic initiatives and policies, and ensuring alignment with the goals set by the board of directors. In addition to monitoring the company’s performance indicators and financial activities, Sam collaborates closely with the Board of Directors, reporting to both the company Chair and the EOT.
