In 2016, Hadland Care Group spent over £5,300 on welfare scheme claims and a further £99,330.31 on Childcare fee’s for all of its staff, which is a whopping saving for all colleagues!
2016 saw the introduction of the ‘Pay Day Sub’ incentive, which was created as a company loan, to support staff who may have big expenses in the month and need that little extra support. Last year the company loaned colleagues over £2,550!
